The TSX 48 AF dimmer system is a modern solution meeting current requirements for stage lighting control and the latest technical standards. A fully digital control unit enables communication with a control room PC via network protocol. The TSC Diagnostics software allows configuration of the control unit(s) and monitoring of diagnostics directly from the control center. Intended for permanent installations in theatres, TV studios, etc. Device description The entire system is installed in a distribution cabinet. The LE 24x2 control unit, the SVJ 48 unit sensing the power modules, protective circuits, dimmers and fans are mounted in a 19" frame. The cable entry opening is located at the bottom of the cabinet. The cabinet can be closed with a door glazed over the full height of the 19" frame. Technical parameters are identical to the TSX 48. TSX 48 AF has extended feedback diagnostics: The diagnostics and remote configuration software can run on a standard PC with a network card. It can be controlled by mouse and keyboard; for easier operation and higher comfort we recommend a touch LCD panel and, optionally, a virtual keyboard. System parameters are always set for the selected control unit: custom circuit naming, DMX patch, curve selection per circuit, preheat 0–10%, maximum limit 90–100%. All changes can be entered quickly and clearly and, by choosing “Save to unit”, the selected control unit can be configured easily.
