Delivery and payment conditions
Orders are processed on working days until 15:30, dispatch takes place on the day of ordering or the next working day, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. express delivery in case of availability of goods).
Personal collection
Ordered goods can be picked up by prior arrangement at the address of the company's headquarters, Ujezdu u Brna - Komenského 427.
Personal collection is not possible to pay by card!
DPPD transport service
Within the Czech Republic we normally send by courier service DPD, in the case of pallet shipments by arrangement. The delivery date depends on the type of goods ordered and the type of transport. Goods in stock are usually shipped on the day of ordering, if the order is placed before 13:00, or by individual arrangement.
Note: This service can be used for shipments up to 50kg with a maximum length of 2m.
When sending smaller items, there is a uniform price of 220 CZK excluding VAT.
The price includes shipping and handling costs.

Shipping abroad
Shipping abroad (SK/EU) is possible by prior arrangement and is dealt with individually according to the customer's needs.
Payment
We accept payment in cash, bank transfer and cash on delivery.
