Advertising rules

Our company offers only quality goods, which we are fully convinced of the suitability of use in the demanding professional world of stage and studio operation. If there is nevertheless a reason for a complaint, please follow the following points so that the complaint can be acknowledged and settled as soon as possible.

COMPLAINT

Address for delivery of the claimed goods

Send the reclaimed goods with the proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and other documents according to the Complaints Procedure to the address of the registered office of Art Lighting Production, s.r.o., Komenského 427, Újezd u Brna 664 53.

Before sending the goods for complaint, contact the seller by email or by phone.

Length of warranty

Because the buyer on our B2B shop is a legal or business individual, by law the seller usually provides 12 months statutory liability for defects on the goods. Because we want to accommodate our customers, the length of the warranty on the goods supplied is set at 24 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed or stipulated.

Transportation of claimed goods to the seller

The Buyer shall deliver the claimed goods in person or by carrier at his own expense and risk. Goods from a legitimate claim shall be sent back at the seller's expense, goods from an unjustified claim shall be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

Option to borrow a replacement device during a claim

In case of agreement between the Seller and the Buyer, the Seller will provide a loan of replacement equipment. This loan may be subject to a charge.

Discrepancies in delivery of goods after receipt

Damaged Goods - If the Buyer receives Goods that are mechanically or otherwise visibly damaged at the time of receipt, the Buyer shall notify the Seller's warehouse or service manager in a verifiable manner. In the case of personal collection, this must be done immediately, in the case of collection via transport service, always in writing within two working days to the relevant seller's salesperson after receipt of the goods from the carrier. At the same time, he must also notify the relevant carrier immediately and draw up a damage report with him. Later notifications or claims will be disregarded and damages so incurred cannot be covered.

Compensation for an unjustified claim

If, during the repair, it is found that the defect was caused in a way that is excluded from the warranty conditions or if the defect does not manifest itself in the product, the buyer is obliged to pay the seller 400,- CZK for each hour of work performed by the technician and a transport fee of 100,- CZK if the goods are sent back to the customer by a carrier. The Buyer shall also pay all costs incurred by the Seller for dealing with the claim with the manufacturer.

SERVICE

We provide warranty and post-warranty service for products represented by ETC, ROBE, CHRISTIE (Coolux), TS Dimmers and Art Lighting Production products. Possibly also other products sold by prior arrangement.

Service is carried out either at the customer's address or at the location of Art Lighting Production s.r.o.

In the case of warranty service, the procedure is governed by the above complaint terms and the Complaints Procedure. In the case of post-warranty service, we handle each service intervention individually according to the customer's needs. Please contact us for more detailed information regarding service.

In case of agreement between the seller and the buyer, the seller will provide a loaner of replacement equipment during the service intervention. This loan may incur a charge.
